Following the election of Nicolas MOËS to the French Academy of Sciences, Professor and member of GeM, a formal session will be held in honour of the 22 new members of this prestigious institution under the Coupole of the Palais de l’Institut de France on Tuesday 12 October 2021 from 3 pm.
Nicolas Moës will be introduced by the Permanent Secretary, Mr Etienne Ghys, from 3:45 pm.
He will then give a talk on “Mechanics at the frontiers”.
