The Dynamic Testing Resources and Expertise Platform (PREED), formed by merging the Dynamic Testing Resource Centre (CRED) and the High Pulsed Power platform (HPP), brings together facilities dedicated to experimentation in the field of material and structural dynamics. The loading facilities are highly varied and make it possible to test materials from low to very high strain rates, under uniaxial loading as well as complex and multiaxial loading. All tests are instrumented with cameras, which may be high-speed, high-resolution or thermal, and whose images are processed by analysis algorithms (DIC in particular). Research carried out within PREED is generally conducted in partnership with industry.

Experimental facilities for your industrial and academic studies
These facilities are dedicated to:
- Dynamic and quasi-static characterisation of the mechanical behaviour of materials
- Study of target impacts by various projectiles (elastomer ball, metal part, ice) at more than 300 m/s
- Structural crash testing
All activities follow an ISO 9001-type quality process.
