John M. HANNA receives the 2nd Poster prize during the AiBy4 DAY

The 1st edition of the AiBy4 DAY, dedicated to PhD students and organized by the AiBy4 project leaders and the DELPHI and FAISTOS clusters, took place on March 6, 2023.

Congratulations to John M. Hanna, PhD student at GeM in the frame of the “PERFORM thesis” programme of IRT Jules Verne, supervized by Sébastien Comas (supervisor) and Domenico Borzacchiello (co-advisor), who received the 2nd prize for his poster Physics-informed neural networks applied to resin transfer molding.


The project AiBy4
AiBy4 is one of the 22 projects selected by the ANR for its call for “doctoral contracts in AI” (2020-2025) aiming to animate AI research in Nantes, via the constitution of a cohort of doctoral students in the field and to create new synergies between Nantes’ partners via the co-financing of interdisciplinary theses.

FAISTOS (Fostering Artificial Intelligence in future Industrial Systems and TechnOlogieS) is a cluster aiming to promote and encourage the activities of Nantes University laboratories using and developing various forms of Artificial Intelligence. More info
