Ilhame Harbouz, Centrale Nantes engineer and Ph.D. student at GeM, received at the end of June 2022 the Best Presentation Award given by the Institute of Concrete Technology (ICT) at the International Conference RILEM Digital Concrete 2022 held in Loughborough (UK), for her presentation ‘Printability assessment of cement-based materials using uniaxial compression test’.
Ilhame is preparing a joint Ph.D. between GeM Institute (Ecole Centrale de Nantes) under the supervision of Prof. Ahmed Loukili and Prof. Emmanuel Rozière, and the University of Sherbrooke (Canada) under the supervision of Prof. Ammar Yahia.
Her research focuses on the rheo-mechanical behavior of cementitious materials adapted for 3D printing applications.
